The role focuses on designing and synthesizing novel nanomaterials via programmable disassembly of reticular materials (Clip-off Chemistry). About the Group – NANOUP
The Supramolecular NanoChemistry and Materials Group (NANOUP) specializes in designing and assembling nanoscale building blocks to create functional materials and devices. Their research pushes the limits of molecular self-assembly, nanostructured materials, and reticular chemistry for sustainable and programmable synthesis.
What You’ll Do

Synthesize and characterize novel reticular materials.

Develop and perform Clip-off synthesis of new compounds and nanomaterials.

Participate in writing scientific reports and publications.

Present at project meetings, international conferences, and outreach events.

Mentor and guide PhD students within the research group.
Who Succeeds Here

PhD in Organic Chemistry (mandatory).

Strong background in organic synthesis and materials characterization.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
