1 Definitions

"Candidate"
means an individual using the platform to search, apply for, or manage jobs.
"Employer"
means a company or individual posting or managing job opportunities.

3 User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Candidates:
- May create profiles, upload CVs, and apply for jobs.
- Must ensure that all information submitted (CV, documents, applications) is truthful and accurate.
- Are prohibited from misrepresenting skills, qualifications, or identity.
Employers:
- May post job listings, review applications, and contact candidates.
- Must ensure that all job postings are genuine, lawful, and free of misleading information.
- May not post discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.
5 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
- Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
- Collect or misuse other users' data without consent.
6 Data & Privacy
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
7 Intellectual Property
- All content, design, and functionality on NanoHelp Careers are owned by NanoHelp or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse platform content without written permission.
- Candidates retain ownership of their uploaded CVs and documents, but grant Employers a limited license to view them for recruitment purposes.
8 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- NanoHelp does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or candidate information.
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
- Provide false or misleading information
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
