About the Research Project
The doctoral research focuses on understanding the fundamental physics of:
🔹 Entanglement and Topology in Kondo Systems
Quantum materials exhibiting strong correlations—such as heavy-fermion compounds and Kondo systems—host emergent phenomena that are deeply linked to:

Multipartite entanglement

Strange metallicity
-
Topological quasiparticles (e.g., Weyl-Kondo semimetals)
Recent discoveries reveal extraordinary multipartite entanglement and non-trivial topology in these systems. This PhD project builds directly on these breakthroughs.
🔹 Advanced Neutron Scattering Experiments
The core experimental technique involves:

High-resolution inelastic neutron scattering

Experiments will be conducted using the ThALES triple-axis spectrometer at ILL and supplemented with time-of-flight measurements.
