imec is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to strengthen its epitaxy research group, with a strong focus on GaN epitaxy on 300 mm silicon substrates.
This research plays a critical role in enabling next-generation power and RF devices integrated into advanced CMOS platforms, addressing key challenges in nanotechnology-driven semiconductor scaling.
