The project aims to improve heat dissipation through advanced nanomaterial solutions, enabling higher device reliability and performance.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will synthesize novel nanomaterials, fabricate test structures in the EKL cleanroom, and experimentally evaluate their thermal and material properties. Research outcomes may lead to improved thermal interface materials and alternative heat dissipation pathways for next-generation electronic devices.<\/p>\n<h3>Research Environment<\/h3>\n<p>The research will be conducted within the Electronic Components, Technology and Materials Section of the Microelectronics Department at TU Delft.
