About the Steinmetz Lab

Research Focus

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct experimental research in nanomedicine and immunotherapy

Design, clone, and engineer virus-based nanostructures for therapeutic applications

Perform molecular biology and cloning experiments

Execute multi-color flow cytometry for immunological profiling

Conduct animal work in cancer or cardiovascular models

Prepare and submit manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals

Present research at national and international conferences

Participate in grant and fellowship writing, and develop project management skills
Required Qualifications

PhD in nanotechnology, biotechnology, immunology, chemistry, biomedical/chemical engineering, or a related field
