Micron’s Boise team is looking for a Semiconductor Process Engineer with a focus on electrical device characterization — a crucial component in the development of high-performance memory systems.
You’ll lead efforts to characterize CMOS-based and novel nanodevices for DRAM, NAND, and storage-class memory. From probing wafers with cutting-edge tools to analyzing electrical data with Python, you’ll work across global teams to validate and scale the next generation of memory.
