Micron Technology is looking for a Senior ESD & Latch-Up Engineer to lead circuit protection strategy for next-gen nanodevice platforms in its Hyderabad R&D center.

As part of the Technology Development (TD) group, you will innovate in the field of electrostatic discharge protection, ensuring the integrity and longevity of highly miniaturized circuits used in AI, 5G, and data-intensive memory products.

Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and robustness of Micron’s most advanced semiconductor chips.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and simulating signal and power ESD clamps for advanced nodes

  • Performing TLP/vf-TLP analysis to evaluate circuit protection performance

  • Conducting PathFinder/PERC-based ESD verification to meet foundry standards

  • Reviewing full-chip layouts and driving signoff compliance before tape-out

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on first-silicon ESD validation and root cause analysis
