As part of the NAND Process Development Group, you’ll work at the forefront of 3D NAND evolution — designing, testing, and optimizing photolithography processes for emerging technology nodes. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the early stages of process innovation for Replacement Gate 3D NAND, collaborating with Micron’s global R&D and manufacturing teams.
Your role will span across:

Developing photolithography processes that ensure manufacturability and yield stability at advanced nodes
