What You’ll Do
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will:

Lead development and optimization of thin-film deposition processes (PVD & MOCVD).

Design and execute structured experiments (DOE) for film quality and reproducibility.

Implement SPC-based process monitoring and defect reduction strategies.

Troubleshoot vacuum deposition challenges including contamination, stress, and adhesion.

Characterize and fingerprint thin-film performance for next-gen superconducting applications.

Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, recipes, and PFMEA plans.

Mentor junior engineers and support training for operations teams.
