Lead plant expansion efforts by aligning process design with scalable, Industry 4.0 practices.
-
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to source new materials and integrate them into cell processing lines.
-
Implement continuous improvement projects to boost energy conversion efficiency and lower production costs.
With a strong emphasis on semiconductor physics, materials engineering, and even aspects of nanotechnology (especially in thin-film layers and doping strategies), this role is ideal for professionals experienced in PV modules, prototype development, and cell architecture.
You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, while potentially rotating across departments to expand your expertise and impact.
👤 Candidate Profile
You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering, and have:
-
5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, PV, or nanomaterials processing
-
Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
-
Experience working with PV module prototypes and understanding their performance characteristics
-
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
