What You’ll Do

As a Materials Research Scientist, you will:

  • Develop nanocomposites, sol-gels, and hybrid coatings for AR optics

  • Innovate in waveguide materials including liquid crystals & holographic systems

  • Lead thin-film deposition and coating processes for nanoscale optical components

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in optics, photonics, and nanofabrication

  • Apply SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS and advanced metrology to analyze materials

  • Drive external collaborations with vendors and research partners
