The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics (IMiF) is seeking an experienced Optoelectronic Devices Research Area Leader to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This permanent leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive advanced R&D in microelectronic and photonic technologies, contributing to both national and international innovation ecosystems.

You will lead a scientific team in the development of advanced semiconductor and optoelectronic technologies, including gallium nitride and LTCC processes.
