Micron Technology, a global leader in advanced memory and storage systems, is expanding its Technology Development ESD/Latch-up Design and Characterization Team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers passionate about electrostatic discharge (ESD) and latch-up (LUP) protection in cutting-edge memory devices.

As part of this innovative team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing robust ESD and LUP solutions that safeguard next-generation nanoscale memory technologies. This role is critical for ensuring device reliability in a high-volume semiconductor production environment.

You’ll work on the design and validation of ESD protection circuits, creation of test structures, and wafer-level measurements like TLP and vf-TLP. Candidates should have strong experience in advanced CMOS, Cadence tools, and layout verification software like PathFinder or PERC.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with global design and R&D teams to ensure full-chip compliance with ESD design guidelines—ultimately contributing to a safer and more reliable semiconductor product line.
