This position is central to the semiconductor manufacturing pipeline, where you’ll work with advanced tools and techniques in diffusion and implant engineering—two vital steps in defining device electrical characteristics at the nanoscale.
You’ll collaborate with global engineering teams to improve process conditions, implement yield-enhancing technology, and develop equipment roadmaps that boost manufacturing capability while reducing production cost.
🧪 Key Responsibilities:

Establish and fine-tune process conditions for diffusion and implant tools

Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Set and maintain process parameters across semiconductor equipment
