Micron Technology, a global pioneer in memory and storage solutions, is looking for an ADT PEE Wet Process Engineer to join its advanced development team in Taichung, Taiwan. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about wet chemical processing, semiconductor cleaning, and nanoscale defect analysis.

You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing wet process conditions, improving yield, and introducing new materials and equipment. This includes managing process management projects, setting up parameters for semiconductor equipment, and leading abnormal analysis for continual improvement.

As part of Micron’s Process Equipment Engineering (PEE) group in Advanced Development Technology (ADT), you’ll directly contribute to refining manufacturing technologies critical for DRAM, NAND, and future memory nodes.
