As part of the Platform Efficiency Department, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing and stabilizing semiconductor process flows, including those related to 3D packaging, memory, and interconnects. Whether you’re spearheading bilateral R&D projects, supporting legacy technologies like 28nm and 14nm, or collaborating with global clients on technology transfer, this role offers deep technical involvement and high-impact outcomes.
You’ll work in imec’s advanced 300mm cleanroom, define experimental strategies, coordinate process flows, and analyze in-line characterization data. Your ability to draw insights from data, communicate effectively across teams, and manage multiple projects will be key to success.
